*Appointments
First-time clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. Treatments for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at the discretion of Skin Beauty Lounge.
*Cancellations
Please give us 24 hours notice of cancellation, otherwise you'll be charged 50% of the price of your service.
Credit card reservation is required for all appointments.
*Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are redeemable for services and products only. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase. Skin Beauty Lounge is not responsible for lost of stolen gift certificates. Once purchased, gift certificates are not refundable for cash.
*Skin Loyalty Program - Launches May 1, 2008
*Spend $1, earn 1 point
*Refer a new client, earn 500 points
*Pre-book your next appointment, earn 250 points
*Try a new service, earn 250 points
Points are redeemable in increments of $25 (or 2500 point increments) for
any product or service with a couple of caveats:
-points are not redeemable for cash
-points are not to be used in conjunction with other discounts, coupons or
promotions
-points may not be transferred and have no cash value
-points may not be used to purchase gift certificates, packages or series
*Mobile Phones
To ensure that you receive the most relaxing service possible we ask that mobile phones are cut off upon entering the treatment room.
*Children
Children are welcome at Skin Beauty Lounge as long as they are supervised. Also for their safety, we ask they not be allowed in the treatment rooms except for special circumstances.
*Confidentiality
Clients' personal information is held in strict confidence.
*Can-Do-Policy
Skin Beauty Lounge will do its best to meet your needs.
