Appointments

First-time clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This will allow time for you to complete any necessary guest pre-treatment forms.  Parking is limited (street parking) and we ask that if you are driving to your appointment, you allow sufficient time to find parking. Appointments cannot be guaranteed for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late, and a cancellation fee of 50% may apply.

Cancellation

When booking appointments, Skin Beauty Lounge reserves your appointment time exclusively for you.  This allows us to give all clients quality time and optimum results. We require a credit card on file to book an appointment at Skin Beauty Lounge.  In the event you may need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you contact us to do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.  Please leave a message if your cancellation is outside of normal business hours.  We will do our best to reschedule you to a more ideal time.  All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, as well as not showing for your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the regular service price.

Gift Certificates

For your convenience, Skin Beauty Lounge offers gift certificates online and in the spa.  All Gift Certificates are redeemable for services and products only. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Skin Beauty Lounge is not responsible for lost of stolen gift certificates. Once purchased, gift certificates are not refundable for cash. 

 

Mobile Phones

To ensure that you receive the most relaxing service possible, we ask that mobile phones are on silent or vibrate upon entering the spa.

 

 Children

Children are welcome at Skin Beauty Lounge as long as they are supervised. Also for their safety, we ask they not be allowed in the treatment rooms except for special circumstances.

Clients' personal information is held in strict confidence.
